Everything runs on your iPhone. There is no account, no sign-up, and your schedule never leaves the device.
Email contact@newlifefhs.com and describe what happened. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you expected to see.
Please do not send a photo of a real schedule. It usually carries your colleagues' names. Describe the layout instead, or cover the names first.
ShiftScan handles some layouts better than others, and a photo of paper is harder to read than a screenshot. If your schedule is available on a screen, use a screenshot. Get the whole grid in frame. If the app still refuses, it is telling you it could not read the sheet rather than guessing. It will not write shifts it is unsure about.
Alarms ring through Silent and Focus only after you grant Alarm access. The app asks for it the first time you set an alarm rule. Without that permission, alarms follow your ringer settings. The alarm screen tells you which of the two you are in.
Open the Dates sheet on the Review screen before you confirm. If your schedule does not print a year, ShiftScan works one out from the printed weekdays, and it tells you when the result lands further away than a posted schedule usually does.
Your row is picked on each scan and shown on the Review screen. Tap a different row to change it before you confirm.
Scanning a schedule, correcting it, and adding shifts to your calendar are free and unlimited. ShiftScan Pro adds the alarm rule, and lets you track a second job or a rotating pattern at the same time.
Prices shown are for the United States. The App Store shows your local price before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose ShiftScan, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you already paid for runs to its end.
