FullPage privacy policy

Applies to FullPage for Mac, iPhone and iPad (App Store name: Full Page Screenshot & PDF). Dated 2026-10-16.

FullPage has no account and no servers of its own. Your captures stay on your device and in your own iCloud Drive. The only thing the app sends is anonymous usage statistics, which you can turn off.

Who we are

FullPage is published by New Life Fed HR Solutions LLC ("we", "us").

Account

There is no account, sign-up or login. The app does not ask for your name, email address or any other contact detail.

Your captures

Captures are stored on your device. If iCloud Drive is on, FullPage also syncs your library through your own iCloud Drive to your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple handles that sync, and Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to it. We run no server for it and cannot see your captures. If iCloud Drive is off, captures stay on the device.

A capture leaves your device and your iCloud only when you send it: when you share it, copy it, drag it into another app, or save it to Photos or Files. What the receiving app or service does with it is governed by that app or service.

The Safari extension reads and scrolls the page you are looking at, and only after you press its button. It has no network access of its own.

What we never receive

We never receive page content, web addresses (URLs), site names (hostnames), page titles, file names, or your captures. This holds whether analytics is on or off.

Anonymous usage analytics

FullPage sends anonymous usage statistics to TelemetryDeck (telemetrydeck.com), a third-party analytics service, over HTTPS. We use them to see which features are used and where setup goes wrong. This is on by default and you can turn it off.

What is sent

Every value is a small fixed label or a range, not free text. The app discards any value that is not a short token of letters, digits and a few symbols, so a web address or file name cannot be sent.

The install identifier

Statistics are tied to a random identifier that FullPage creates on first use. It is not derived from your device, your Apple Account or anything about you, and it is not your advertising identifier. It is sent to TelemetryDeck only as a salted hash. Deleting and reinstalling the app creates a new one.

What we do not do

As with any internet request, TelemetryDeck's servers receive the connection the statistics arrive on. How TelemetryDeck handles data is described in its own privacy policy.

How to turn it off

Open Settings in the app (on iPhone and iPad, the settings sheet) and turn off "Share anonymous usage statistics". While the switch is off, the app sends nothing and does not start the analytics library. The switch is read before anything starts, so an opt-out holds from the first launch. "What's sent" in the same place lists the items above.

App Store privacy label

The App Store label for FullPage reads "Data Not Linked to You: Usage Data". It covers Product Interaction, used for analytics only and not for tracking.

Notifications and Photos

The notification after each capture is a local notification: it is created on your device, and nothing is sent to us for it. You can turn it off in FullPage's Settings or in system settings. On iPhone and iPad, access to Photos is add-only and is requested only when you tap Save to Photos.

Children

FullPage is not directed at children under 13. The app has no account and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects what the app sends, we will say so in the app's release notes.
